Great Falls constructed a brand new pre-engineered metal building facility for Summit Community Church. This state-of-the-art facility boasts a full court basketball space, a daycare facility wing, offices, a mezzanine, and many other community gathering spaces throughout.
AROMA JOE’S, SCARBOROUGH
Great Falls was selected to be the construction manager for their Scarborough, Maine location. Aroma Joe’s franchise is familiar to Great Falls since we have worked with their ownership team multiple times in the past. This building was unique in that we got the site and foundation ready for a modular built building to be provided by the owner. We worked closely with their franchise solutions provider to coordinate delivery
schedules of equipment, appliances, supplies and owner’s branding.
SEBAGO BREWING COMPANY BREW PUB,
GORHAM VILLAGE
Great Falls Construction was selected by Sebago Brewing to do a complete demolition, renovation and additions to their existing village pub in Gorham. We worked closely with the town during the planning phase since the building sits so close to the property line, roads and sidewalks. The original building was built in 1840 and during construction structural deficiencies were identified. The necessary corrections were swiftly identified and executed to minimize impact to the schedule since the restaurant was shut down during renovations. Besides the obvious interior finishes updates and freshening up, the project included updates and improvements to the plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as kitchen updates to provide comfort and safety for their patrons and staff.

Great Falls constructed Station Square, the 70,000 square foot mixed use building located in the heart of Gorham’s village. The building has 33-residential and 6-commercial units. This facility is home for Chalmers Insurance’s new headquarters, Junction Bowl a full service bowling alley and restaurant and Grand Central Wine bar a state of the art wine bar and tapas restaurant. Great Falls worked closely with all commercial tenants to fit up the space into the perfect places for their needs. Great Falls was the Construction Manager for all tenants, working closely with the project team to ensure a high quality retail building with modern business spaces for both tenants and owner. 109 MAIN STREET: SUBWAY, AROMA JOE’S, OTTO & NAIL EXPERTS

The 109 Main Street building is a vast improvement from dilapidated structure that once occupied a highly visible corner in the downtown section of Gorham, Maine. Great Falls constructed the new building which houses four retail units and a second floor space for residential or office use. Site work included the creation of ample parking for all tenants while incorporating the Aroma Joe’s drive through traffic lane. The building’s interiors feature the most current retail designs and layouts of the Aroma Joe’s and Subway brands.

SEBAGO BREWING COMPANY
DESTINATION BREWERY

Great Falls constructed a brand new Sebago Brewing Company destination brewing facility that houses all of their brewing operations including a bottling room, quality control laboratory, tasting room, restaurant and office areas. The brewery features a metal building system with high ceilings to accommodate brewing equipment and ingredient storage spaces.
Great Falls worked closely with the owner, specialty engineers and contractors to ensure to proper and smooth installation of specialized HVAC and controls systems, specialty laboratory equipment and production equipment.
These features have allowed them to streamline their brewing, expand their product offering and increase their overall product production.

Great Falls Construction has been working with the Infinity Federal Credit Union (IFCU) for a number of years on numerous projects throughout Maine. Projects include new construction branches including Portland and Scarborough, multiple office and branch renovations, expansion of their main offices in Westbrook as well as extensive renovations at their Bangor branch. We provide our construction expertise to review new branch location sites, assemble the appropriate design team for each project and work with all banking and security requirements.
